Terms of Sale and Shipping Policy

All items are subject to availability and prior sale.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.

Terms of Payment:

Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card
Paypal: We now accept Paypal.
Prepayment: Money Order, Certified Check, or Personal Check. Personal Checks are subject to a two week holding period prior to shipment.
NO CODs.

Back Orders: Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise. We do not charge until we ship, and we confirm all orders past 30 days.

International Sales and Exports: U. S. Government regulations define a Gun Part as "any item necessary to the operation of a weapon". Most parts fall within this category, including grips. There are strictly enforced rules that go along with these parts. These regulations are strictly enforced, and they require an Export License for all Gun Part orders exceeding $100 (U.S.) WE CAN NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL ORDERS for more than $100 (U.S) for gun parts.

Shipping: A minimum shipping and handling charge of $9.95 will be applied to every order.

Domestic Orders: within the continental US will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless your order requests a shipping upgrade. FEDEX Ground is $5.00 additional. Next Day air shipping is approximately $45.00 additional, and dependent upon current market rates. Please contact us for up-to-date pricing. Average ground shipping time is 8-12 working days - depending upon which state we are shipping to.

International Orders: Orders outside the continental US will be shipped according to your shipping request, either via: USPS (United States Postal Service) Global Priority Mail for an additional $25, or via USPS International Express Mail for an additional $45. Pricing is dependent upon current market rates and may vary accordingly.
